Do you need any assistance with shopping?

Do you accept returns?

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with all the products sold by Aurora Bijou. Therefore, we do not accept returns due to changing your mind or ordering errors.
We can consider making an exception for the inventory goods, but:

  • A 30% restocking fee needs to be paid.
  • The product must be placed in the original packaging box and delivered in perfect condition.
  • The return fee and responsibility are borne by the customer.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If you need us to mark the out-of-stock items, please send us an email and we will confirm whether there is any stock available and then inform you by email.
